• Any rebate or incentive figures (including government basement-suite incentives) are subject to eligibility and third-party program rules; we do not guarantee approval.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Requests submitted through our forms (contact, quote, or appointment) are enquiries only and do not create a contract. We will contact you to confirm availability and details. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your project and property.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site.
• Obtain any approvals required from property owners, condo boards or third parties where applicable.
